By placing an order on Thehydrojag.com (the “Website”) to purchase insulated water bottles or other products (the “Products”), you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase. 1. Order Placement & Confirmation
- Eligibility: To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian if under 18) and provide accurate, complete information (e.g., shipping address, contact details, payment information). We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if information is incomplete, inaccurate, or suspected of fraud.
- Order Confirmation: When you submit an order, you will receive an immediate email acknowledgment (the “Order Acknowledgment”) confirming we have received your request. This is not a formal acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we send a second “Order Confirmation” email, which includes your order number, product details, and shipping information.
